This piece was commissioned by The Little Singers of Takarazuka and premiered by them in April 2012. I wanted to create a beautiful, resonant song that children would enjoy singing. I would be happy if each choir could be creative, for example, using whatever sound-producing instruments around you as substitutes for the percussion instruments specified on the score. It would be a great pleasure if the children could also enjoy performing the beginning part of “3. Our Forest.” I pray that the future of all children will be a peaceful world and on a beautiful earth.
