Blue

The theme of this poem, “Blue”, seems to me to be “God”. On the other hand, it alsofeels like “we humans”.
In Psalm 118, the verse says, “The stone the builders rejected has become the cornerstone.” The Lord was abandoned by man but loved by God. And we human beings, too, as the saying goes, “When one door shuts, another opens.”
The ugliness that lurks in beauty, the truth that lurks in ugliness, and the earth we live on that forgives all of it. I think this poem is a hymn to mankind and the earth, and speaks of respect for faith.
The composition attempts to wrap those words in warmth, tenderness, and power. When these sounds are released into the universe by the voices of the choir and the piano, a miraculous space of “balance and harmony” will be created.
